The Fuel Card Management System is very reliable and easy to use. It enables you to provide a fuel process as easy as following:
Tom who is an employee of your client is running low on fuel. He decides to visit one of your gas stations.
Tom inserts his fuel card in the self-service machine card slot. The terminal requests the card PIN. Tom enters his PIN and the FCMS verifies that it is correct and authorizes the transaction.
While Tom starts fuelling up, the administrators in the office receive live information about all transactions from gas stations within your network. From here they can overview Tom’s transaction process.
Tom finishes fueling up his vehicle. The FCMS administrator back in his office can see that the transaction is complete now including all details of it.
Later that day Tom’s boss logs on the FCMS and checks the transactions. He can already see that Tom fueled up his vehicle today - including information on when, where, what amount, ...
FCMS enables you to easily integrate your partner’s fuel networks with your fuel card system. So your customer cards are usable on all partner fuel stations.
All fuel transactions are registered and processed centrally without any delay. Configuration changes are active immediately, whether they are card blockings or customer fuel credit changes.
Connections to your accounting software or any other 3rd party software can easily be made as the FCMS offers an extensible interface to communicate with it.
All data is sent over secure (encrypted) channels and is even checked for manipulations. So your data is protected at every moment.
The system consists of multiple independent servers. If one of them goes out of service another one takes over automatically. Your customers won’t even recognize the difference.
You can connect partner fuel station networks to the FCMS to enable your fuel cards on even more stations around the world.
In case you have partners that do not support online communication for authorizing fuel cards yet, these partners can also be integrated in the FCMS easily.
Not only will your back office employees be able to use the web portal, but also your customers will be able to log in and check their transactions, change their card settings or order new cards.
In case a transaction is rejected by the authorisation system the FCMS offers a very convenient way to identify the reason (e.g. incorrect PIN, expired card, …) and typically allows you to solve it with just one click.
As fraud is often a big issue when using fuel cards FCMS offers statistics and daily reports that help identify fraudulent transactions.
The underlying authorization system of the FCMS is able to process fuel-industry standard (IFSF) transactions. So the communication to other industry solutions is simple.
